Snow Lotus yeast enzyme (天山雪莲)

I only started making Snow lotus yeast enzyme which recommended by Sharon last month before leaving to Taiwan. In fact, I got the yeast from her before CNY but I kept procrastinated til I bought a 3L glass jug. 
I google & read on some snow lotus plant info and it’s medicinal qualities. Gotten to know Snow lotus is a high altitude plant (over 12,000 feet above sea leve), so it's got to be tough to survive at the very edge of what's habitable!! Therefore, it was used for centuries by medical practitioners in China & Tibet to cure diseases and enhance health.
 Fermentation of such enzyme only take 3 days. All we need to prepare are 3 bowls of Snow Lotus yeast + 1.5L of filtered water + 500g brown sugar. Leave it in a clean glass bottle or jug and close the lid for fermentation. We can harvest the enzyme drink of about 750ml after 3 days. Many believe this drink can cure cancer patients from some local press
