Snow Lotus yeast enzyme (天山雪莲)

I only started making Snow lotus yeast enzyme which recommended by Sharon last month before leaving to Taiwan. In fact, I got the yeast from her before CNY but I kept procrastinated til I bought a 3L glass jug. 

I google & read on some snow lotus plant info and it’s medicinal qualities. Gotten to know Snow lotus is a high altitude plant (over 12,000 feet above sea leve), so it's got to be tough to survive at the very edge of what's habitable!! Therefore, it was used for centuries by medical practitioners in China & Tibet to cure diseases and enhance health.

 Fermentation of such enzyme only take 3 days. All we need to prepare are 3 bowls of Snow Lotus yeast + 1.5L of filtered water + 500g brown sugar. Leave it in a clean glass bottle or jug and close the lid for fermentation. We can harvest the enzyme drink of about 750ml after 3 days. Many believe this drink can cure cancer patients from some local press

Finally, I've made a Choice...

After comparing & tested, I decided to go for Ladyship blender of its value for money, given up the factor of high horse power in most expensive blenders like, Blendtec, Waring, mPlan & etc...
My belief is, so long it can produces high fiber fruit & vegetable juices, vegetable soup stock, ice-blended beverages, bean paste & dairy mixtures, it's sufficiently satisfy my daily use :)

Took these mini donut bites with hubby at Big apple this afternoon for tea time.

Heaven of Indo food - IR 1968

IR = Indo Restaurant Newly opened couple months ago, located behind Hock Choon Supermarket at Jln Ampang. In fact, there are 3 conceptual restaurants connected in such bangloo compartment, namely Japanese restaurant, Itallian restaurant & IR. Kelwin's & Wife together with me & Henry seem occupied the whole restaurant in that afternoon! - coz we were the only customers dining in that afternoon :) Overall, the ambience is good for having relaxing meal & chatting. Appended above is the recommneded signature food, Coconut juicy spicy assam prawns

Found a ... new,clean & nice atmosphere "soup house"

Me & Henry try avoiding those kopitiams like Old town Coffee & Papppa rich cafe restaurants if were to dine out as most of the time, we meet clients at such places for appointments. Can you imagine, there was one day alone, I met 3 persons in 3 different Pappa rich outlets at different time! wows! ALMOST ended up with a "pappa rich" face after coming out from my last appointment ... How i wish i can be a mama rich :)

Last 2 weekends, we accidentally found this very hygienic & comforatable cafe house nearby our residential area. They serve famous sup tulang & malay cuisine. An ideal place for simple breakfast with reasonable price for such comfortable atmosphere :)

We spend less than RM15 for 2 hot drinks, 2 nasi lemak, 1 sup & 1 malay kuih...hahhaa! Really value for money :)

Bought a special organic "Gei zhi" mee hoon from eu Yang Sang ... unexpectedly, the mee hoon was very very QQ after frying. Xinyue loves to eat and tumbs up!

Dinner at d One Restaurant

Xinyue out of sudden wanna eat Fish & Chips last weekend; We bought her to the nearest western restaurant, d One at Sri Rampai to have a quick dinner as daddy wanna rush for his favourite football leagues at 7.30pm. Anyway, she was quite satisfied with the food served there ... Look at her facial expression, Boleh tahan lar!
